How long does a hood cleaning take?
Most hood cleanings take 2–4 hours depending on the size of your system. We schedule after closing hours to avoid disrupting your service.
Do you provide documentation for my health inspection?
Yes. After every service we leave a detailed report with before/after photos and a compliance sticker. These are accepted by all local health departments.
What's the minimum frequency for hood cleaning?
NFPA 96 requires at least quarterly cleaning for high-volume operations, semi-annually for moderate, and annually for low-volume. We assess your kitchen and recommend accordingly.
Are you available on nights and weekends?
Absolutely. Most of our work is done late night or early morning so we never interfere with your kitchen operations.
