Our Story

Chuck's company was born after he watched a fellow Austin restaurant manager deal with a devastating kitchen fire — caused entirely by neglected hood cleaning. The restaurant closed for three months. Chuck knew there had to be a better, more reliable option for kitchen owners in Austin.

He started with one truck and a simple promise: show up on time, do the job right, and leave behind the documentation Austin kitchens need for insurance and health inspections. Word spread fast across the Austin restaurant community.

Today we serve over 500 commercial kitchens across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Kyle, and beyond — with a crew of certified technicians and a reputation for reliability that our competitors simply can't match. Chuck still picks up the phone.
